I enjoyed this as much for its atmosphere and sense of place as for its mystery. As I recall, Hoeg was better known as a modern dance star than a writer before publishing this, but in creating a Greenlander female detective investigating a boy's death in Copenhagen, he crafted a unique character. Very enjoyable.
