Okay, Vince--you lost me.

I kept trying to get into this, I kept trying to care about the characters--including Mitch Rapp who I've followed for several books now. But I don't know, it seemed that he was going through the motions.

I put it down when I realized that I didn't care anymore. More than halfway through the book.

Baze Nash I agree with you completely journeywoman. This book was AWFUL. The plot line veered away from Mitch Rapp so long with subjective views on the Iranian government and culture that I thought I was reading a right-wing op-ed more so than a story. I can't stand Vince Flynn. His opinionated drivel sends his stories on a tangent full of subjective diatribe, and his main character is more so a cave man with a gun, than a swift black-ops agent that's too slippery to be stopped. WEAK
