Read for the book club. Good storytelling, I had conflicted feelings regarding my (at times) admiration for the main character (a killer). Paired with this year's film "Slumdog Millionaire" you get a much more realistic look at modern India. At times I was reminded of "Invisible Man" which made me want to reread that for a direct comparison.

Raina Which was more realistic? Slumdog, or this? I've got this on TBCD right now, and I'm trying to decide if it's worth a foray into Adult. What do you think? Worth my time?

Jason Paulios Well, my use of "realistic" is probably a stretch in that I've never been to India...but there's no Bollywood dance number at the end here! It was definitely worth the time, very readable.

Raina Okey dokey, I'll keep it on my list. :) Thanks!
