While this is labeled as book 13 of the series, it is unlike any of the other books. Micah finds us following Anita and Micah to Philadelphia, leaving everyone else behind. Anita takes a job over from her friend and mentee, Larry, so he can take care of his wife. Anita, as both a federal marshall and animator, is going to raise a dead federal witness to testify in an important court case. This is her first time along with Micah, and when an attempt is made on Anita's life in the cemetary, we learn about Micah's background and get some very interesting imformation about Anita.
