My first Asimov book, this story captured my attention more than I expected. Very, very little action, but an amazing depth of understanding of each character. The conversations held by the characters are impressively revealing, as the path of the story unfolds through little more than them. Satisfying ending; remarkably memorable characters and worlds. I look forward to reading more of his novels in the future (though I'm upset the audio I have of the Foundation series is read by someone who is too slow for my tolerance level).
