it was amazing

I quite enjoyed this one, an homage to an early fifties horror film.

Here's the plot: A scientific team is investigating the effects of global warming on a glacier in northern Alaska. They are based at an old DEW line station. The glacier keeps calving, great chunks breaking off. A cave is revealed and when they investigate, they discover a large creature frozen in ice.

A cable channel is financing the expedition and they suddenly take over, with plans for a documentary ending with the live unveiling of the thawed out corpse. The beast suddnely turns up missing and evidence shows something clawed it's way out of the chamber.

Dead bodies start to turn up.

Figured out the movie yet? They even try to kill the creature by luring it into a tunnel and electrocuting it. Thar doesn't work and they have to figure out a new way to destroy it.

I loved it.
