readers who like quirky characters and are "okay" with very odd themes

I loved this book. All of the characters were freaks. (Literally, they were circus freaks) But I really cared about the characters and found some of the situations very believable. I think the themes that Ms. Dunn presents: herd mentality, sibling rivalry, searching for individual identity and the heights (or depths) that human greed and depravity (and goodness) can go are presented in such an intelligent and subversive way. This is a great book.
