liked it

The first of Wilson's ten play cycle of plays documenting the African-American experience in the 20th Century (and mostly set in Pittsburgh), this is actually one of the later plays he wrote but it's first in chronological order. It sets up many of the elements and characters that will appear in later plays, but on its own it didn't knock me out. Knowing what was to come though, I enjoyed reading it though.
