I didn’t hate it, which kind of surprises me.
Although I am sure that I will not read any more Nora Roberts for awhile. Whether they are just sitting there in a box in my room, easily accessible, or not. My quota for silly romance is filled right up.

It was about a woman that had survived being shot when everyone else she was with died. And seeing her friend die. She’s slightly neurotic, like Monica from Friends, and obsessive. She moves alot and within the first couple weeks of being a new town in Wyoming, she witnesses a murder. No one really believes her, and she’s made out to be insane. Then she falls in love with the one person that does believe her.

I thought she was likeable, but as romantic fiction is, it was all very - witty flirtation! the best sex ever! true love! find the bad guy! marriage (to the guy that never thought he’d get married, until he met HER - of course.)! and happily ever after!

Because that is exactly how it works in real life.
