This book has helped me to love food in the best ways. Community and enjoyment are not sacrificed for a harsh, scarcity mentality style self-discipline but instead abundance, authenticity and anti-consumerism are the answers to the very Western food problem. It’s really changed the way I eat. - Liz Quist
