I like this SO MUCH BETTER than the last two books. The pacing was right on and we got to see a lot more of Eric and Sookie. I wish there had been more Pam, but I was glad Quinn and Alcide were reduced to footnotes in Sookie's life. There was one point in the book where Harris brought up a fact about the fairies and I could swear that it hadn't been mentioned before, so I think the editing might have suffered in that section. All in all, I thought this book was so fun to read that I finished it in 5 hours.
