Very different kind of book from this author. Illuminates the lives of the homeless while telling a tale of high-powered lawyers and greed. A fascinating story of one man's conscience awakening; great characters, especially Mordecai Green at the street clinic. Too easy with ending the marriage, and hard to believe that lifting a file could be grand larceny.
