really liked it
bookshelves: young-adult

I'm surprised to find this listed separately from Little Women. I too read both stories bound in one book, and can't imagine one without the other.

Both give a great feel for being young in the 19th century, but don't dwell overmuch on societal constraints - which I appreciate, because that can be so overdone.
