it was amazing
I own a copy , read count: 1

** spoiler alert ** Not nearly as enjoyable as the first three books mainly because this switches point of views to different characters (no appearances of that epitome of beauty Herself, The Lady; although she's just Lady now that she's lost her powers; and no Croaker). This book doesn't even feature the Black Company since the remnants of that ill-fated military outfit went their separate ways at the end of the last book. Still, the book deals quite well with the aftermath of the Dominator's defeat, tying up the last few loose threads of the northern Empire.
