Learned of Buechner during a study at Chautauqua comparing the conversion stories of and C.S. Lewis and him. Sacred Journey is a short autobiographical telling of Buechner's journey of faith that places his father's suicide when he was 10 years old as a crucial influence in his life.
I appreciate Buechner's insight that is so much everyone's story of discovery of grace and faith. It speaks to the heart.
