This fascinating book is an exploration of Polke's work centered around Goya's "The Old Women" or "Time", which Polke used both as inspiration and as source material for many works starting in the mid-80s. It's an interesting approach, and is backed up by long, rich essays and very good reproductions of many paintings, drawings, photographs, photocopy prints, film stills, etc.
