Okay, I keep pulling these books I read a million years ago because I really haven't read all that much lately. I read this book about 8 years ago in a Puerto Rican airport between drinks. I had and 8 hour lay-over stand by only, yes it sucked, and I blame my librarian. Anyway, although well written and engaging I didn't like The Locket. Super-duper sappy, old people, young people, love. Blah, blah, blah. I think they did make a made-for-TV movie out of it. Oh well, it is a nice sweet story if you like that kind of thing.

Jill you mean you didn't use your summer vacation to catch up with the latest original movie starring valerie bertinelli or meredith baxter bernie (before she was de-bernie'd)?

DumDum Excuse me? I've always had a crush on Valerie Bertinelli! She was way cuter than Mckenzie Philliphs (I always thought the Bronxi Beat boy looked like her). I was sad when she and Eddie broke up and sorry to see her gain wait. But she's back on track now, I hope she'll Dance With the Stars or something soon! Too bad we don't have a Love Boat anymore.

Meredith's not too bed either, in a big sister sort of way.
