it was amazing
bookshelves: action, corruption, futuristic, romance, strong-female-character, series, suspence, young-adult

The main premise of the story is really just a variation on stories that have been done before. Some of the event were quite predictable. Others were not. While Collin's keep Katniss out of any really difficult emotional choices, the action more than made up for it. And there were some emotionally raw moments. But that fifth star came from the ending which, though inevitable, left me heartbroken and eager for the sequel.
