** spoiler alert ** I enjoy this series but have to say this book let me down. I didnt like the inclusion of the children, although I can see how, if war broke out, the situation would arise that others would join the gang. However I prefer it to be only the original characters - just my own personal preference. I also found this book to be more far fetched than the others in this series (not that any of the books are what you would call realistic). For instance the entire scene of being caught, locked in the boot of a car, escaping, riding a motor bike through the house to save Homer??? Come on. I am ready to suspend belief but that was asking too much. One final thing; I found the last couple of books in this series to be very quick reads - I feel they were not as well written as the earlier books. Perhaps the author is running out of ideas or enthusiasm? Anyway, I still enjoy the series, just wish all the books were as intense and as good as the first few.

Agu Same to me. I am in the middle of the book, and so far I am a bit disappointed, even tho I love this series.
