I like Mitch Albom's style, its unpretentious, simple and effective. I ended reading it in one sitting because I couldn't put it down. I loved this book, in fact I adored it. There were a few lessons in this book for me and a few lines that stood out to me like neon signs. The only problem I had with this book was that I was irritated that Eddie's dads abuse of him as a child was somehow redeemed in his last heroic action before did his dad saving someone else help to make Eddie forgive him for the years and years of abuse??? Maybe I missed the point on that one.
