** spoiler alert **
This book isn't for squeamish people, I will say that.
Going through and reading the series again makes me realize that this book is basically a giant load of nothing. Not to say that important things didn't happen, but compared to the other books it seems very low key. It does add to the horror of the next book, Lies. Just be prepared to read the longest book of the series (so far) and have it filled with a lot of kids basically complaining about their hunger.
Still good, still terrifying, still very...Michael Grant.
