For great inspiration and advice on running, "Runner's World Complete Book of Women's Running," is the perfect book for just about any woman training for a 5-K or a marathon. Much of what I read was stuff that I had found in other running books or online but even for an avid runner, the various training schedules and stretching techniques were helpful and interesting. Recommended for those who love to run.
