This book reinforces many things I already know from being in K-university settings all my life. Schools must change in order to support 21st century learners. Classrooms and libraries should be places in which collaboration is the norm, and education must extend beyond the walls of any school building.

In the book, Wagner builds a logical, well supported argument for focusing on skills that matter most to our kids' future in the workplace and, more importantly, as citizens of a ever expanding global society.
