I wanted to be very jazzed about this book, but it is really kind of outdated. I don't think I could get people to be excited about eating brown rice with tahini and brewer's yeast for breakfast, and I can't say that I blame them.
You're much better off with a Laurel's KItchen or some other big compendium of hippie vegetarian food than this special book that doesn't really add anything to the discourse.
