yes, i read a book about child birth. this book opened my eyes to a lot of things, and frankly by the end of it i was pretty angry. makes me a little worried about ever having babies, and makes me question the events involving the pregnancies of people I know. first i watched "The Business of Being Born," and then I read this ... i'm not sure how much of this is propaganda intended to scare women in the opposite direction of "normal" american childbirth, or just a clear eye opening look at the way things really are. it's hard to tell from my point of view.
