He's also an author, a lecturer and, on most afternoons, an outspoken social critic. <br/><br/>Fifteen years ago, Frank started <em>The Baffler</em>, a journal of cultural criticism, in his undergraduate dorm room at the University of Virginia. <em>The Baffler's</em> intelligent look at American culture immediately garnered a fervent readership around the country.
