I'm giving it 2 stars simply because it's mildly amusing. Makes interesting points but these are not things that any grown person hasn't already figured out. I think this would be better suited for a high school student for the purpose of preparing to go out into the real world some day. It could give them a little forward look and maybe it would even help them realize that every little thing is not the end of the world. Tomorrow will come. Remember whenyou were 14 or 15. Everything was the fucking end of it all. Beyond that, the book is completely useless.

Jenny I gave it 4 stars because if you look around you during the day, the fact is just because something is common sense does not make it common practice
