I am a big fan of Lencioni and this was no exception. I believe one of the challenges facing today's family is the fear to lay out the family vision, objectives, and strategy at the risk of missing out on the next great opportunity. "Three Big Questions" provides a simple straight-forward approach to organizing your family and, in fact, enriching your relationship with your spouse and children.
