Marcus is determined to take back his city from Homeland Security after terrorists take out the Bay Bridge. He forms a network of techno geeks who believe in personal freedoms to fight against the "establishment" and who stage public performances of rebellion. In the midst of setting up subterfuge tactics, he meets Angie, and fellow Xnetter who shows him that life is too short to be all work and no play. But will Marcus ever see his friend, Darryl, again? or will he remain in Homeland Security custody? Just how important is the Bill of Rights, anyway?
