Great book. Lencioni's story-method is so easy to read and digest.

The story is all to real (from what I've seen) and the suggestions are very good and helpful.

Great book to not only assess one's job (current, past, or future) but also to ask, What kind of environment am I creating for those who work with (same 'level' as me) or those who report to me. Quick read, very helpful, fun.
