I enjoyed this book very much. I thought it was well written and I really enjoyed how it was broken down both by POV and by day it gave you a really good feel for the time frame in which this happened. I thought the characters were real and had appropriate depth and development. Picoult tackled a difficult moral issue beautifully. These are the issues we should be thinking about and she presents it in the way we should thing about them. These issues are not always black and white and there isn't always a clear right or wrong and everyone struggles to make those choices. You can really feel that struggle in this book and empathize with each one of the charatcers who has to form an opinion. I think this book would make excellent required reading in an Ethics Cirriculum! It's a great thought and discussion starter.
