I liked this book. The discussion between conscious and unconscious beings was certainly interesting. I guess I was a little disappointed by the end, although I'm not sure why. Maybe I'm just angry that the orangs won out over the humans. I kind of felt that the story wasn't long enough, that there wasn't enough depth, to really make the surprise twist surprising enough. Plus, I wanted to know more about Eve and that whole episode, that story.

But, overall, I thought it was a very engaging and intriguing book. I just wanted more!!]]>
