    <body><![CDATA[This is a great book if you want to learn more about your metabolism and weight training.  I especially like that he maintains that you must eat to gain muscle and drastically cutting calories leads to a lot of other problems like horomone imbalance and depression.  I'm a loser when it comes to consistency.  I did phase one for several weeks and the first few days I could hardly walk!]]></body>
