I'm glad I read this. I'll never look at tattoos quite the same way again.
Gage Powell is a tattoo artist in Low Town with 2 employees. All of them are talented artists, but they have some access to additional ingredients that they can add to the tattoo ink. When Gage reluctantly agrees to a full-back tattoo on a young woman, that is just the start of their troubles. Also one of his previous tattoos comes back to haunt him.
Low Town exists in a world where witches and warlocks are pretty much in charge where they want to be, treating all others as lowlifes.
And their past lives come back to give them grief.
