did not like it
bookshelves: kool-imports
Read in April, 1996

Easily the most Anti-Semitic book I've ever read. Orwell hides his hatred of Jews the way Rosie O'Donnell hides her love of food. I took this shit and threw it in the trash.

Kevin Cole Wow, yours is the only review to not only hate this book but even mentions anti-Semitism.

Andy As a Jew I have to take it for granted that there are going to be a few Anti-Semitic writers out there, Graham Greene, Louis-Ferdinand Celine, Papa Hemingway, etc., but this was the most blatant piece of Jew hatred I've ever read. As far as I'm concerned, Mister Orwell was the biggest pig on the farm.

Kevin Cole I must be living in a dark hole. I never knew that about Orwell. I'll remember it, though.
