    <body><![CDATA[This is a great book for everyone to read about the connection between American lifestyle choices and the prevalence of cancer. It was written by a doctor who researched what he could do to improve his odds against brain cancer.  What he found was a change in diet, exercise, mental well being, and stress scientifically improves the odds of survival. Most of it is very logical-- improve your overall health, and your body will be better able to fight the disease. So, kick out the refined sugars and white breads, exercise regularly, eat foods that reduce inflammation in your body, and work on reducing stress in your life--you'll feel better and live longer. It's a great plan for diabetics, those with heart disease, and it helps fight cancer. By the way, I never knew how smart my mom was about the way she eats until I read this book. Go Mom!]]></body>
