really liked it

Two white men rape a ten-year old black girl and her father, Carl, seeks revenge by killing them. You may not agree with the vigilante approach but you can definitely sympathize with the character in the book and understand a father's love for his daughter. The story is set in the south so there's lots of racial tension. This was a very good read all the way through!
