Very interesting book. I would not have picked it up myself but a friend recommended it. I have known a couple people who were charismatic & seemed to be able to get anyone to do/think/feel/believe whatever they wanted them to. Reading this book helped me completely understand how they were able to control conversations and social interactions so completely.
Much of what is in this book is helpful for those interested in becoming a more polished professional. It is also very helpful for helping consumers and individuals avoid manipulative people's control.
There is more in this book than can be absorbed in just one reading... but one reading is enough to change everything.
