"...let us sit upon the ground
And tell sad stories of the death of kings."
Gardens, plots, and tales enrich this sad story of the unkinging of Richard.

Mary Ronan Drew I really need to get inspired. I've been reading Hamlet for months. I read Act I (or maybe not even that much), put the book down, and forget it for two weeks. Then I re-read Act I, put the book down, and forget it for three weeks. Sigh. How did I ever get through college and graduate school with this kind of self-discipline? Perhaps I used it all up back in the day and there's none left . . .

Laurel Hicks With plays, I find it best to listen and read along.

There's an iPad app called "Shakespeare Pro" that has text and helps for all the plays. Best feature: click on a word and get definition powered by "Shakespeare's Words."

Libraries should have the plays on CD. I requested "Arkangel Shakespeare Complete" from my library, and they ordered the entire set! Audible has some good dramatizations for about $9.00 each. There see some free audio dramatizations here: http://www.speak-the-speech.com/readi...
