School Address: pretty much amazing. summed up all the reasons christianity makes me want to vomit up my soul. terrifying first read for my first english class at my new catholic school. but yeah, we can all be jesus.
self-reliance: took a couple of reads...the first brought to mind those that use nonconformism as an excuse to be a douche all the time...mad cliche and crazy boring. and i sat thinking "didn't i see that line stitched on a throw pillow or painted on one of those inspirational coffee mugs?" but i can't front on Emerson because he inadvertantly fueled every word out of all the "nonconformist" pop/punk mtv junkies i know. read it!
