A very disturbing look at one the great tragedies of the 20th century. It is amazing how little people know of the extermination of between 200,000 and 300,000 citizens of the city of Nanking.

I dont have the words to explain how disgusted I was reading this book. The atrocities that the Japanese army committed against this city will sicken you and make you question the human race.

I recommend this to anyone with a strong stomach. It is definitely not for the faint-hearted.

Alexis It's one of the most disturbing books that I have ever read. Amazing work, but hard to read.

Louis I have to agree with you on the book being disturbing.I had to put it down and walk away from it a few times.
