It took me two months to get through this book, but mostly because I had to pause after three paragraphs to cry through a whole box of tissues. This is an incredibly sweet but heart-wrenching story that had me hooked from the first page. I would not recommend reading this on an airplane or on the subway or in any place where you don't want to be caught with a puddle of tears in your lap and mascara smeared all over you cheeks. I would, however, strongly recommend reading this book. Right now.
