I liked this book.In fact the more I think about this book the more I like it. The factthat it did not endup neat and tidy, that all of the characters had some great and questionable qualities in them. With out giving to much away the end really bothered me at first but now after book club and looking at it from a lot of different perspectives I loved it. The family of women in this book were emotionally distant but very connected. Interesting though that most denied their gift but used it in their everyday life. Although my family are not lace Readers I did like and relate to the passing of traditions and family ethics/morals.
