Good science fiction creates a world that seems believable with creatures and settings that captivate the imagination. Sports fiction has to capture the drama and edge-of-the-seat action that makes live sporting events such a thrill. This book does both. Imagine the NFL of the future filled with beings tailored for the different positions—wide receivers that can jump 20 feet, linemen that are six feet wide and more. Combine all of this with some impressive audio production, a writing style that still emphasizes good character development with the action style that the author is known for and this book is definitely a winner.
