You can find greek myths translated into all sorts of places if you know where to find them. Should it surprise anyone that Orpheus could be transmogrified into a cricket and Hades should be turned into the Canal stop on the MTA?
Its a great book, quite imaginative. I can't ride the subways without thinking about it.
