it was amazing
bookshelves: kids-fiction, all-time-favorites, humor

I fell in love with Clementine the first time I read her story, and have loved her through several classroom read-alouds since. She is Junie B. Jones, Judy Moody, and Ramona the Pest all rolled into one, with a great big helping of compassion and understanding mixed in. She's good-hearted and genuinely wants to make things better.

Plus, she is quick with the veggie names for little brother Rutabaga (which I love about her).
