Jean The first part of the book takes an eastern approach to explaining how to get and to latter maintain a higher energy perspective. The solution part of the book is a more western approach based on a very christian perpective. In my opinion Dyer should have stuck to a single approach. The marrying of both is in my opinion an attempt to please westerners while really believing in the eastern traditions. All in all there are some very good passages in this book and I would recommend it to someone who is into self analysis and self-healing.
