The Boy in the Striped Pajamas

This book is the most touching book I have ever read. It is about the secrecy and innocence that a boy had to live in during World War 2 in Germany and Poland. His fathers job was kept a secret from him and his dream of becoming an explorer was so great he found friendship in the most unlikely place. It told of him learning things from a different view and having to go through his own journey of discovery and learning tolerance of others through his own innocent cild like observations.
It was so well written that I really felt for the boys and felt like I knew them personally. It taught me that sometimes the people you meet are the most unlikely friends and we should treat everyone we meet with kindness and honesty, because, you never know the angel which you serve.
