Linda This book came to me free from Amazon book bud. The mechanics of good writing were fine. It was not a sophisticated legal mystery, but it did hold my interest. I gave it four stars because the author delivered a light hearted story in good manner. I had one problem with this book-'all right.' The author had a good command of legal procedures. Attorney Samuel moves into what believes will be a quiet neighborhood free of nosy neighbors. He was wrong, and that part of the story was witty and entertaining. He has two love interests: one a killer, the other a young widow with two small children. Despite the warning bells going off in his head, he falls in love with the murderer whose m.o. is to ingratiate herself into the lives of wealthy persons, find her way into their Last Will and Testament, and off them through means that appear accidental.
Thank you for the read, Ms. Trueman.
