Courtney Summers has my utmost respect as an author. This is an amazing book with raw, real characters.
Watch close up and personal as Parker Fadley deals with a horrible secret by unravelling in public. Going from perfect honor roll student/head cheerleader to hot mess, she's dealing with the horible thing she's done by punishing herself and trying to disappear.
She's such a flawed character, but written in such a way that you want to hope for her even when she's being horrible. The story is fast paced and authentic and you have to read to the end to find out what Parker is dealing with.
Then ending is emotional and real, but I love that it leaves the reader with a tiny bit of hope for this troubled teen girl. Impossible to put down, this is a great read.
